Welcome to Top Ten Tuesday!
Top Ten Tuesday is an original weekly feature created by The Broke and the Bookish and is now hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl. This week’s topic is:
Today’s topic is:
Authors I’ve Read the Most Books By
Goodreads used to have this handy option to look up your most read authors. Sadly, they got rid of that option. I think my most read author would still be Nora Roberts/J.D. Robb, even though I haven’t read anything by her in a few years because she’s written SO MANY books. So I’m going to just do authors I’ve read so far this year.
Authors I’ve Read the Most Books By So Far in 2020
All links are to the authors’ Goodreads pages.
What a lovely list!
Thank you!
I thought K.A. Tucker would have been on my list but apparently I’ve only read 9 or 10 from her. I have some catching up to do with her backlist! 🙂
There are several of hers I haven’t read either. She was just on my list a lot this week because I binged her Nina West series this year.
Nina West has written some great stories!
My TTT .
Yes, she does. I can’t wait for her next book that’s out in August.
I wish I’d thought to narrow it down like you did. My list is a little fudged because I’ve only used goodreads for a few years, so not all the book’s I’ve read are not recorded on there. It was great to find a blog where I’d actually heard of the authors – I’m very into the indie market so don’t recognise a lot of the big names who are traditionally published. In fact I’ve even read a couple of the authors on your list!
That’s awesome! Which ones have you read?
Karla Sorensen, Whitney G and maybe Kendall Ryan. I definitely have books by her and by Meghan Quinn on my kindle.
Awesome!
I am amazed you can create a list like this out of a single year. Twice in my life I have powered through an 11-book detective series in one go, but usually it’s rare for me to have an author appear more than twice within 365 days. Too many directions in which my attention can be spun on a whim!
That said, having just read my first K.A. Tucker, I can absolutely see myself going on a steady binge, if only the library would indulge my whims and carry more of her titles I want. :/ Which ones have you read this year?

This year I read Tucker’s The Player Next Door, Wild at Heart and then Her Wolf Hotel series, Sweet Mercy, and Gabriel’s Fall as Nina West.
Not my most read, but I have read quite a few books by Williams and Callihan. I read a lot of the old time romance authors and they have a billion books in their catalogs.
Isn’t that great? I love being able to binge series.
Ohh, so great to make it about this year! Great list. 🙂
My Top Ten
Thanks!
This made me curious, so I looked up mine and I have 15 books by Tijan this year. Runner up is Karla Sorensen with 6 books.
LOL. I love it! I bet I would have had that many Tijan books the year I started reading hers, too! 🙂
Great list! I haven’t read anything from these authors, but I’ll definitely check it out!
Thank you!
I wasn’t sure initially how to go about this topic- I like the say you chose to do it!
Thanks! It was hard since GR got rid of that feature.
I did my list more as over my lifetime. I haven’t binge-read many authors lately, but I like the way you did your list, although I’m not familiar with the authors. This is only my second TTT post, so I’m just getting the hang of it still!
Thank you! I think you’re doing a great job!
I like that you did the top authors you’ve read for just this year. How fun!!!

Thanks!
I forgot K.A Tucker in mine!!
Oh no! 😉
Oooo, lots of new authors here, for me. Gotta go check a few out.
I hope you find a couple to try!
I am still so bummed that Goodreads removed that feature!! I so wish they’d bring it back!!
Me, too.
So happy I discovered K.A. Tucker! Now I need to read some of her older books. 🙂
They’re really good!
Whoa! When you look at it by author, you have really accomplished a lot of reading this year! I need to add a new K.A. Tucker to my list. Her books just put me in a summer frame of mind. 🙂
Yes, a lot of binging!
I always forget that J.D. Robb and Nora Roberts are the same person haha. I can’t say I’ve read any of her books, but I’ve heard great things about them.
Yes, they are! I really love books from both her brands.
I’m so sad about Goodreads getting rid of that feature! It would have been very useful for TTT.
Yes, it would have.
I’ve never read a book by Rebecca Yarros but I follow her on instagram because I love seeing her family photos 🙂
Her writing is very beautiful.
