Welcome to WWW Wednesday!
WWW Wednesday is a meme hosted by Sam @ Taking on a World of Words. The purpose is to share what I’ve reading lately. The three W’s stand for:
What did you recently finish reading?
What are you currently reading?
What do you think you’ll read next?
Recently Read
What have I been doing this past week? Listening to Folklore ts over and over and over. Other than, that I was kind of in a reading slump. It might not look like it now, but it was a real thing. I started The Girl in the Love Song (Lost Boys, #1), but it was too angsty for my mood so I put it aside. I picked up a couple of fluffy Kendall Ryan books to get me back in the reading mood. Then, I read an ARC of The Girl Next Door and 40-Love (There’s Something About Marysburg, #2).
Currently Reading
I’m reading an ARC of Leo (Preston Brothers, #3.
Reading Next
I don’t even know. I am definitely mood reading these days, so we’ll see…
What are you reading? Make sure to leave me your link below so I can check out your post. 🙂
I am curious about The Girl Next Door. Enjoy your books, and here’s MY WWW POST
It’s a romantic comedy about a surprise pregnancy and fake relationship.
I’m curious to try something by Olivia Dade. A blogger friend (Nick, I think?) has raved about a couple by Dade and I keep meaning to check my library for something by her.
Yes! Nick is who made me want to read her! I got Spoiler Alert off of NetGalley and I ADORED that book. This one was good, too. I got it from my library.
I am so far behind on Jay McLean’s books. I have the first Preston brothers and need to get to it at some point
You should read it! I’m really loving this series, but I love all of her books.
I’m glad you found some books that fit your mood!
So, I have a confession to make. I haven’t bought Taylor Swift’s new album yet. And I’m not sure if I will? I listened to the samples of all the songs on itunes and felt kind of ambivalent about them. What are your thoughts on it?
I actually really like it. Or at least several songs. It’s a little…melancholy mood wise. Very even and not a lot of ups. It is like a mix of her country and pop.
Mood reading can be fun though… I hope you will enjoy your books this week and happy reading! xx
Yes, it can! Thanks! I hope you have a happy reading week!
I just finished Flock by Kate Stewart and am now reading Baking Me Crazy by Karla Sorensen. Complete opposites!
Did you like Flock? I was curious about that one since I loved The Guy on the Right.
I did enjoy it, but it’s NOTHING like The Guy on the Right. If you like edgy, ultra sexy, suspenseful novels that test boundaries then it might be fore you.
Okay. Good to know!
I finished Pucked just this morning and my next read is going to be Pucked up.
That’s a crazy, fun series.
You will have to let me know what you think about those Kendall Ryan books! I haven’t gotten to them yet. I hope you enjoy all of these books!
I really enjoyed Love Machine. The other one was a big build up and didn’t exactly follow the blurb.
That’s good! I need to read Love Machine. I wasn’t too interested in The Younger Man.
I hope you like it!
Me too! I haven’t loved a book from her in about a year
I’m probably the only person in the world that doesn’t like Taylor Swift and has not heard a single song from Folklore, lol! I hope you’re out of your reading slump now.
LOL. You’re not and that’s okay!
