Thank you! I think you will love Anxious People.
Anxious People has been on several lists this week. I’m sure curious about it.
My post.
I’ve been wanting to read Anxious People!
It’s SO good! I would recommend the audio version if you like listening to books.
The Getting Lucky series was so much fun. Love those Knightley brothers! And Spoiler Alert was great. I really still need to pick up Love Lettering! I preordered it about this time last year and it’s still sitting on the shelf!
It really was! Have you read her series with Three Blind Dates yet? The second book is related. I think you would adore Love Lettering.
Haven’t read Three Blind Dates yet. I’ll have to grab those, too. 🙂
I hope you like them!
I want to read Spoiler Alert so bad! Glad it was worth it to be put on this list!
You need to! It’s so much fun!
I am so glad I read more Backman this year. I had passed Britt-Marie, which I got at BEA one year, on to my co-worker, and her gushing made me revisit his books. They really are something special.
I need to read that one!
Oh I’ve been wanting to read Motel. I need to get on that before it slips my mind and I never get around to reading it…
You need to read it! I think you will love it!
There are some great ones on here! Spoiler Alert and Sundown Motel are both on my TBR. Here’s my take on this week’s TTT if you’re interested: https://www.howdidthatbookend.com/top-ten-tuesday-wintry-reads/ I went for wintry thrillers!
I hope you love them — I did!
Love this twist! Some of these look adorable 🙂
They’re all really good.
I haven’t read a Fredrik Backman book yet but I’ve heard so many good things about their books, I really need to pick up one!
Yes, you should! I have only read 2, but both were profound and I still think of them.
I thought about buying Anxious People for a few people. Great list!
It’s just such a gift worthy book! Thanks. 🙂
Great choices! Spoiler Alert was such a good story, and Always a Bridesmaid looks like a super-cute one. So does Love Lettering. I definitely want to check that one out. 🙂
Always a Bridesmaid is really fun. There’s a book before it called Just One of the Groomsmen that I adored as well. I would recommend both. Same with Love Lettering.
Good to know. Thanks! 🙂
Great list, Deanna! I would love to get any of these 🙂
Thank you! I hope maybe you will!
What a great set of books … and a major reminder that I still need to get around to reading Love Lettering.
Thank you! Yes, do! I was a little late to it, but better late than never!
This is an awesome list and I love your take on the freebie! Pretty much all of these are on my TBR so if anyone gave me these as a gift, I’d be over the moon 😍😂 Can’t wait to read them all!
Thank you! I hope you get them all! 😉
And now I am hoping I get Spoiler Alert for christmas!
I hope you get it!
And now I want Spoiler Alert for Christmas!
YAY! DO IT! 😉
Nice twist on the topic. Happy Reading.
My TTT.
Thank you!
Adding Anxious People to my very long TBR 😁
Yay! I got it from the library. Hopefully you can too!
I’ve read a few books by Simone St. James before and found them positively spine-chilling. Haven’t tried this one, adding it to my TBR. Have you also specific people in mind to whom you’ll gift these books? That’s also a lot of fun, figuring out which book fits whom the best 🙂
Mostly my sister and my mom. I usually gift them Kindle books for their birthdays.
Nice list! I’ve only read THE SUN DOWN MOTEL (which I loved). It’s always fun to give books as gifts, especially if you KNOW the recipient is going to love them. I gave my mother-in-law the newest book by her favorite author for her birthday and she was SOO excited since she hadn’t wanted to pay for a brand new hardcover and there was a long list for the book at the library. I love making other people happy with books 🙂
Happy TTT (on a Wednesday)!

Thank you! Yes, that one was so good! I also like making people happy with gifts. I usually try to keep of list of Kindle books I want to gift my sister and mom for their birthdays each year.
I loved Anxious People!
Yay! It was so good!
Love Lettering is one that I keep hearing about! I will have to make sure to give it a try soon. Great list!
You would probably really like it. It seems like one I would find on your blog. And thanks!
Fun topic! I’m currently reading Spoiler Alert and really enjoying it. I can definitely imagine some people who would love to receive it as a gift. Love Lettering is on my TBR, it sounds so good.
Thank you! That one was so good. Glad to hear you’re enjoying it. I think you will also love Love Lettering.
You’d Be Mine was a favorite of mine, and I would always love get a Fredrik Backman gifted, his books are on my auto-read/buy list. Same with Simone St James, looking forward to her next one. And I must say, I love it that you enjoyed the F List too. 😀

I loved The Sun Down Motel – the audiobook production was outstanding.

Was it? Maybe I’ll need to do a “reread” and listen to it!
I loved The Sun Down Motel so much that I want to check out more books by that author. I fancy reading Anxious People as well.
I do, too! I hope you get to read Anxious People.
Cool topic! I’m hoping to find Anxious People under my Christmas tree. I love Fredrik Backman.
Thanks! You will love this book then. I hope you get it!
I love this idea for a post. I’ve only read The Sun Down Motel and Anxious People from your list and I would definitely consider giving both of them as gifts. Such amazing reads!
Thank you!
I love your topic! This is a great list, I’ve got a few of these on my TBR. I’ve just placed a hold in my library for The Sun Down Motel because I remembered you were raving about it. 🙂
Thank you! I hope you like it.
I just finished Anxious People and that was such a treat for this year. I’m super looking forward to Spoiler Alert!
It really was a treat, wasn’t it? I’m glad you enjoyed it. I bet you’ll enjoy Spoiler Alert as well.
