  1. I am excited to have both Callihan and Danan’s books. Both sound amazing! I hope to get to the Cleeton and Layne books too. Is this the last sister in the Cuba books? I feel like it is.

    1. I don’t know if it’s the sister or not. I haven’t even read the blurb. LOL. I’m all about this series without even knowing what the books are about now.

  2. I still have the previous books by Rosie Danan and Chanel CLeeton on my TBR, but I hope to get to them soon as they sound amazing. Hope you’ll enjoy all of these!

  3. these all look great!! Hope you get the chance to read them this year, and happy new years!

  4. Man Brittainy Cherry can do a number on me with some of her books. She reminds me of LJ Shen in that aspect. Some of their books are just extreme angst. I’ll be curious to see reviews of The Mixtape. Hopefully I’ll make a little more progress in the Fallen Crest series this year. Hope you love Nate!!

    1. Thanks!
Yes, Cherry hits the heart strings and brings the angst. I don’t mind her brand of angst. I’ve stopped reading Shen because she’s taken things to a level I don’t care for and then some.

      1. There were one or two of Cherry’s books that hit that line for me. Shen has been hit or miss, too. For instance, I loved Shen’s The Kiss Thief.

          1. For sure The Fire Between High & Lo hit me that way. I was feeling some extreme anxiety throughout that book. It’s had me scared to pick up The Gravity of Us. Someone else told me The Gravity of Us was high angst for them, too, so that’s had me more scared. LOL!

          2. Oh really? I think there is a higher level of angst in that series. I don’t remember the level in The Gravity of Us, but that was my favorite book in the whole series.

  5. I was wondering if you’d have something by Rebecca Yarros, especially since she’s an author now on my radar thanks to you. Great list! And I hope Make It Sweet is as amazing as we need it to be 🙂

    1. I am so glad I helped you find her! If she has a book coming out, it will be on a TBR list. 😉

  6. Marriage and Murder looks fun. So does the Yarros book. I always love it at the beginning of the year when we have so many shiny new reads to look forward to. 🙂

    1. Have you read her other related books? If not, they are really good and Cuba is a part of them as well.

    1. I get that. I am trying to fit in books off my Kindle that have been there for years in between new releases.

  7. I’m excited for the new Tijan, and the Penny Reid book ( CLETUS 💕) and I have the new Kristen Callihan on my tbr, just hope my library eventually buys it. Her books have been hit and misses in the past.

    1. I get what you’re saying. I loved her two series, but then one that was a collab and Dear Enemy were only likes. Hopefully this one will be good.

  8. I’m also looking forward to Nate! I heard it’s not going into KU, though, which means I may not ever read it haha. And I don’t know how I missed that Lauren Layne book when I was putting together my list!
